Job Summary:
Plan and
implement the Complementary Business (CBIZ) growth strategy for F&B
business and other services partners at PETRONAS stations via business
development, partners’ expansion, account management and project management in
order to optimize its income potential and maximize return on investment.
You will play a part in:
Business Development & Expansion:
Plan and implement the CBIZ business strategy by execution of partners
identification, selection, placement and growth strategy in order to optimize
the overall income efficiency from partners throughout PETRONAS Stations.
Execute partners’ expansion plan by identifying and proposing the right
partners and location based on market segment and behavior which include site
visits, negotiation with partners and market study in order to grow existing
partner’s outlets and introduce new partners/offerings at PETRONAS stations.
Account Management:
Plan and manage partners’ account through development and monitoring of
new & existing contract/agreements by ensuring relevant clauses are defined
in the contract/agreements with partners are as per industry practice and
current scenario requirements whilst review of partners’ performance through
the establishment of partners database according to each portfolio, monitoring
partners’ sales performance via monthly sales report and ensuring accuracy
& timely issuance of invoice via SAP in order to protect MESRA business
interest.
Project Management:
Manage CBIZ projects and execute project plan by monitoring project
progress which includes conducting site meeting/visits, progress update
meetings as well as managing internal and external stakeholders which includes
partners, contractors, local authorities, project team and conduct viability
study in order to ensure projects are completed within the given time frame.
Operation Management:
Manage partners’ operational issues by conducting regular station visits
to check on partners’ outlet compliance and performance, meeting with partners,
engagement with station dealers and Retail Area Manager as well as working
closely with RSOD Territory Managers/Maintenance Engineer/Mesralink/external
parties in order to ensure smooth business operations and enhance customers’
experience at PETRONAS Stations.
Tar Management:
Monitor income from partners by ensuring billings are issued timely and
accurately in order to ensure income is captured as well as monitor OD/TAR
performance by engaging with partners on the payment collection to ensure all
invoices are collected timely thus reducing risk to MESRA.
