Job Purpose
As an Intern in the Corporate Merchandise & Platform team, you will support various activities related to merchandise operations, branding initiatives, and platform management. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing corporate merchandise, coordinating with vendors, and enhancing brand presence through e-commerce or internal platforms.
Principal Accountabilities
Merchandise Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Conduct market research on trending corporate gifts and promotional items.
Platform Operations Support:
- Help maintain and update the merchandise platform or e-commerce system.
- Assist in troubleshooting platform-related issues and coordinating with Digital Experience Team when necessary.
- Assist in listing external
and internal brands in the platform or e-commerce system.
- Support user inquiries related to the merchandise platform.
Marketing & Branding Support:
- Assist in
developing promotional materials for merchandise and platform campaigns.
- Support in
planning and executing corporate merchandise and platform initiatives to
enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare reports
and presentations related to merchandise and platform performance.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
- Support
documentation, invoice processing, and stock monitoring.
- Assist in
preparing reports, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
- Coordinate with
internal departments and external vendors for merchandise-related projects.
