Job Summary:

As a Finance Intern, you will support finance operations through procurement administration, tender management, contractor performance evaluations, and sourcing activities. Assist the Accounts Receivable team in maintaining customer records, monitoring Bank Guarantee expirations and ASB applications, and ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You will play a part in:

• Assist in coordinating and administering Contractor Performance Evaluation (CPE) exercises, including distribution of survey forms, stakeholder follow-ups, and collection of evaluation responses.
• Compile, validate, and analyze CPE data and assist in preparing presentation materials and management reports.
• Consolidate and organize bidders' submissions for tender exercises to facilitate technical and commercial evaluations.
• Support the preparation of tender evaluation documents, comparison matrices, and procurement records.
• Compile supporting documents and prepare approval memorandums for Emergency Sourcing award recommendations.
• Attend Techno-Commercial and Clarification Meetings (TCCM) and prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for circulation to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on action items arising from meetings and procurement activities.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, presentation decks, and other procurement-related documentation as required.
• Review and monitor collateral updates, including Bank Guarantee expirations, renewals, and related documentation.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders or customers to obtain updated customer records and required information.
• Assist in processing and tracking new ASB applications to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant tracking logs and databases.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
