Internship (Convenience Store Operations)  

Job Summary:
The Convenience Store Operations Intern will support the operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. This role involves assisting with various operational tasks, analyzing workflow processes, and contributing to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

You will play a part in:

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
  • Generate reports and summaries to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Assist in entering sales data, inventory records, and other relevant information into store management systems.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Support the operations team with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Handle agreements to ensure courier delivery is on time for dealers and stamping.
  • Ensure pending agreements are promptly finalized and verify that all completed agreements are properly in place and maintained.

Project Support:

  • Contribute to various projects within the operations department.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Provide administrative support for project management tasks.
