Internship (Complementary Business)  

Job Summary:

The Complementary Business Intern supports the C-Biz team in various tasks related to the management and leasing of Petrol Stations space/properties. This role involves assisting with market research, data analysis, reporting and administrative duties.

You will play a part in:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and analyze market trends.
  • Compile data on competitors and industry standards to assist in strategic planning.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Consolidate data from diverse sources into unified, accurate datasets.
  • Build reporting or dashboard for performance tracking.
  • Analyze data, determine trend and provide insight.
  • Case study to review partners performance, fact finding and action plan for improvement.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update master data file and modify template.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all supporting materials are prepared accurately.
