Job Summary:

• Responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying, and leading the shift team to deliver great customer service.
• This includes opening /closing the store, supervising employees, delegating responsibilities, training baristas as needed and developing positive relationships with the staff & provides feedback to store manager on staff performance.

• Assisting Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
• Supervise all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Supervise store level personnel and in charge of seamless daily operation from opening to closing of café.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Plan stock, perform inventory planning and purchase goods for respective stores.
• Perform inventory database for both consumables and food raw materials.
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Ensure food served at the highest quality level.

Vital skills for this role include:

• Minimum education qualification: SPM
• Years of relevant experience: 3-5 years related experience preferably in F&B. 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic Mathematics skill
• Maintain a clean & organize environment
• Upselling on food, beverage & merchandise
• Provide quality beverage & food products
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or in teams
