Cashier:

• Beginning of the shift procedures:
• Take over the shift from the previous shift cashiers.
• Ensure float (initial capital of the shift) is correct.
• Confirm all cashiers’ POS are working, with sufficient receipt rolls.

Merchandiser:

• Take responsibility for the receiving of goods.
• Keep shelves full (100 stock pressure), neat, tidy and priced –attractively merchandised according to planogram.
• Keep fridges stocked (chilled drinks take 24 hours to chill, so keep sufficient backup).
• Ensure good housekeeping of the store is maintained.
• Organize storerooms, keeping them clean and properly merchandised.

Forecourt:

• Ensure OPTs are clean, operational, and loaded with enough receipt paper.
• To raise a report and to put a standard notification if any OPT out of order.
• Ensure rubbish bin are emptied and clean.
• Squeegees are clean and enough clean water are filled in the pail.
• Fuel dispensers, sumps, hoses and nozzles are clean, operational and no leakage.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers as they enter and exit the station, and provides fast, efficient and friendly service.
• To inform customers on current promotions and other relevant information.
• Handle and guide traffic at the station.

HSE:

• Assist to ensure all HSE standard and procedures are complied with.
• Assist to ensure all safety equipment are available, operational and located at their designated locations, e.g: fire extinguishers, emergency stop button.
• Assist to monitor and ensure HSE compliance by stakeholders while at station.
• Support emergency response procedures/actions.

Vital skills for this role include:

• Minimum education qualification: SPM
• 1-2 years related experience preferably in Retail, FMCG or F&B.
• Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage.
• Connecting & engaging with customers.
• Maintain a clean & organize environment.
• Upselling on products, beverage & merchandise.
• Provide quality beverage & food products.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work on your own or in teams.
