Job Purpose:
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic marketing communication plan that promotes the company's products, services, and brand (PETRONAS Shop). You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company brand presence, engaging with the target audience, and driving revenue growth through effective communication strategies.
Principal Accountabilities:
- To develop comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Produce engaging, high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and more.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and ensure that messaging is aligned with the company's values and mission.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships.
- Plan and execute public relations campaigns to enhance the company's image and reputation in the industry.
- Oversee social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Develop marketing plans for events, trade shows, and conferences, including pre-event and post-event communication strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the marketing communication budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all activities.
